I strongly advise against making any purchases from this establishment. I have personally experienced significant issues with their payment processing system, resulting in repeated unauthorized charges on my credit card from almost a year ago from previous purchases. What is even more concerning is that these charges occurred while I was not even present in the state where the establishment is located. Upon discovering these charges, I promptly contacted the store and requested to speak with the manager to address the situation. To my surprise, the manager informed me that the company responsible for processing their payments was recharging payments from a year ago, alleging that the initial transactions had not gone through. However, they were unable to provide any concrete evidence or documentation to support this claim. In an attempt to resolve the matter, I learned that a class action lawsuit was being filed against the establishment processing their payments by Vape Pen Sales. I contacted both companies, urging them to cease the unauthorized charges and rectify the situation - each one trying to redirect me to one another. Unfortunately, despite Vape Pen Sales assurance that they would handle the issue, I have not received any updates from their staff or management regarding the progress of the lawsuit or any actions taken to correct the charges deducted from my account. Meanwhile, the unauthorized charges continue to drain my bank account every few weeks and have no idea when they will stop, leaving me in constant worry about whether I will have sufficient funds to cover my essential living expenses. This ongoing financial burden, coupled with the lack of communication and resolution from the establishment, has only exacerbated my frustration and concern. Given these circumstances, it is clear that engaging in any financial transactions with this establishment poses a significant risk. I strongly advise others to refrain from purchasing from them and the company needs to take appropriate measures in the future to protect customers from unauthorized charges.
